Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Qurifix, including the website, product audit workflow, reports, Fix Packs, subscriptions, exports, retests, and Qurifix Capture Chrome extension.

Qurifix is operated by 宁波通变知化科技有限公司, a company registered in Mainland China. When these Terms refer to Qurifix, "we," "us," or "our," they refer to this operating entity unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Service Scope

Qurifix provides product-level AEO/GEO audit and repair workflows for ecommerce sellers. The service may test shopping-intent prompts, review submitted product evidence, compare competitors, generate reports, suggest repair priorities, and create draft assets for PDPs, marketplace listings, FAQs, schema, feeds, comparison content, and creator briefs.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, choosing a strong password, and protecting all activity under your Qurifix account. Do not share report access tokens or account access with unauthorized users.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Usage

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Creem. Plans include usage limits for Quick Audits, Fix Packs, retention, and exports as shown on the pricing page. We may update plan features prospectively. Billing, cancellation, and refund terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

No Ranking Guarantees

Qurifix does not guarantee search rankings, AI answer mentions, marketplace placement, sales, platform approval, or revenue. No ranking, mention, recommendation, or commercial guarantees are made for any AI answer tool, search engine, ecommerce marketplace, or platform.

No Fake Reviews or Deceptive Claims

Qurifix is evidence-based. You may not use Qurifix to create fake reviews, fabricate product claims, impersonate customers, manipulate ratings, hide material limitations, or violate marketplace policies. No fake reviews means no invented testimonials, ratings, endorsements, or unverifiable claims.

AI-Generated Output

Qurifix may use AI-generated analysis and draft content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them. AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your market, product, claims, or platform rules.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit passwords, payment data, seller-center credentials, private customer data, or unnecessary personal information.
• Do not use Qurifix to infringe intellectual property or violate laws, platform rules, privacy rights, or advertising standards.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, authentication, billing controls, or report access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with Qurifix infrastructure.

Your Content and License

You retain ownership of product evidence, URLs, screenshots, and other materials you submit. You grant Qurifix a limited license to process that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Qurifix Materials

Qurifix owns the service, interface, workflows, templates, reports, branding, and underlying systems. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated report and Fix Pack outputs for your own ecommerce operations.

Third-Party Services

Qurifix depends on third-party services such as AI providers, Creem, Resend, hosting, databases, browser platforms, and ecommerce marketplaces. Their availability, terms, policies, and outputs are outside Qurifix's control.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Qurifix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qurifix disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Qurifix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
