Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions
Starter, Growth, and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through Creem. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Enterprise terms may be handled by a separate written agreement.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan through the billing portal available from your Qurifix account when subscription management has synced. You may also contact [email protected] for cancellation help.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated in a separate agreement, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refunds
Because Qurifix provides digital audits, generated reports, Fix Packs, exports, and AI processing, fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins or usage is consumed. We may issue a refund at our discretion when there is a duplicate charge, billing error, failure to provision the purchased plan, or another issue we determine is fair to correct.
Free Trial and Usage
The Free Trial includes limited usage. Trial access does not require payment unless you choose a paid plan. Usage limits reset according to the plan rules displayed in the product.
Failed Payments and Plan Changes
If a payment fails or a subscription becomes inactive, Qurifix may reduce access to paid features, exports, Fix Packs, retention, and billing-only capabilities. Plan upgrades or downgrades may be handled through checkout or support depending on the account state.
