Refund and Cancellation Policy

Qurifix is operated by 宁波通变知化科技有限公司. This policy applies to Qurifix subscriptions, digital audits, generated reports, Fix Packs, exports, and AI processing provided by that operating entity.
Monthly Subscriptions
Lite and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through Creem at $39/mo and $129/mo respectively. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Enterprise terms are handled by a separate written agreement with custom billing.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan through the billing portal available from your Qurifix account when subscription management has synced. You may also contact [email protected] for cancellation help.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated in a separate agreement, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refunds
Because Qurifix provides digital audits, generated reports, Fix Packs, exports, and AI processing, fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins or usage is consumed. We may issue a refund at our discretion when there is a duplicate charge, billing error, failure to provision the purchased plan, or another issue we determine is fair to correct.
Trial and Usage
Qurifix offers a Free trial plan with a one-time allowance of 3 Quick Audits (not renewed monthly). Once the trial allowance is used, upgrade to a paid plan to continue running audits. Paid plans (Lite, Pro, Enterprise) are billed subscriptions, not time-limited free trials. Each paid plan has a monthly usage limit for Quick Audits and Fix Packs. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. When a limit is reached, the workspace will prompt you to upgrade to a higher plan or wait until the next cycle.
Failed Payments and Plan Changes
If a payment fails or a subscription becomes inactive, Qurifix may reduce access to paid features, exports, Fix Packs, retention, and billing-only capabilities. Plan upgrades or downgrades may be handled through checkout or support depending on the account state.
