Security and data handling

Qurifix uses passwordless email sign-in, hashed login and session tokens, HttpOnly signed-in sessions, access controls for audit history, and hashed report access tokens for newly created reports.

  • Card numbers are handled by Creem, not directly stored by Qurifix.
  • Webhook events are verified with signatures before billing state is updated.
  • Product URL inspection is restricted to public HTTP and HTTPS pages and blocks private network targets.
  • Do not submit passwords, credentials, private customer data, payment data, or unnecessary personal information in product evidence.

Audit retention is plan-based: Free Trial is 7 days, Starter is 30 days, Growth is 180 days, and Pro or Enterprise is 365 days unless a separate enterprise agreement says otherwise.

Privacy

Privacy Policy

Qurifix collects information needed to provide product audits, reports, subscriptions, support, security, and service improvement. This may include account email, product URLs, selling platform, target market, competitor names, buyer concerns, manual evidence, screenshots you choose to upload, audit outputs, request metadata, local browser storage state, and support messages.

Qurifix Capture collects evidence only after you click extension controls. It may collect the current page URL and host, page title, visible product evidence, structured product data, product image references, FAQ entries, visible text snippets, and full-page screenshots you choose to capture. It does not collect cookies, passwords, payment information, seller-center credentials, browsing history, or background page content.

We may share necessary information with service providers such as AI providers OpenAI, Perplexity, and Gemini, plus Creem, Resend, Render, database providers, and browser platform services. We do not sell personal information.

Qurifix provides product-level AEO/GEO audit and repair workflows for ecommerce sellers, including prompt tests, product evidence review, competitor comparison, reports, Fix Packs, exports, retests, and Qurifix Capture.

  • No ranking guarantees are made for Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or any other platform.
  • No fake reviews, invented testimonials, fabricated product claims, rating manipulation, or deceptive endorsements are allowed.
  • AI-generated outputs must be reviewed by your team before publication.
  • You are responsible for product accuracy, advertising claims, platform rules, and claims that require substantiation.
  • Third-party services such as OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini, Creem, Resend, Render, databases, browser platforms, and marketplaces may have their own terms.

Billing

Refund and cancellation policy

Starter, Growth, and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through Creem. You can cancel through the billing portal when subscription management has synced, or contact [email protected] for cancellation help.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Because Qurifix provides digital audits, generated reports, Fix Packs, exports, and AI processing, fees are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins or usage is consumed, unless required by law or corrected at our discretion for billing errors.

Qurifix does not guarantee rankings, AI mentions, AI recommendations, search visibility, marketplace placement, platform approval, conversion rate, sales, revenue, or any other commercial outcome. AI systems change frequently, and an audit reflects the evidence, prompts, sources, and system behavior available at the time it runs.

Storage

Cookie and storage notice

Qurifix uses an essential HttpOnly session cookie named qurifix_session for signed-in accounts. We also use localStorage and sessionStorage for language preference, temporary audit drafts, local audit history convenience, report state, and extension handoff.

Qurifix currently does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party behavioral advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice and the Privacy Policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.
