How audit units work

How Audit, Repair Assets, and extensions work

Each Audit uses 1 audit unit and each Repair Assets uses 1 Repair Asset unit. There is no second product tier. When a SKU needs additional delivery material, select the competitor-comparison or creator-brief extension inside the Repair Assets workflow.

Action Units used What you get
Audit 1 Screening diagnosis: evidence gaps, competitor pressure, repair priorities.
Repair Assets 1 PDP copy, FAQ answers, and schema/feed notes generated from an Audit.
Optional extensions Selected inside Repair Assets Competitor comparison and/or creator brief, added only when the SKU needs them.

For example, the Lite plan includes 40 Audit runs and 10 Repair Assets per month. A team can add extensions to the Repair Assets that need them without choosing or learning a separate product tier.

01 / Screening

Audit

Audit is the first diagnostic pass for a SKU. It helps teams understand whether public product evidence is strong enough for AI shopping answers, comparison surfaces, and buyer questions.

  • Best for screening a product, competitor, market, or buyer question before spending repair effort.
  • Includes diagnosis, source assumptions, missing evidence signals, and a prioritized execution checklist.
  • Does not include full publish-ready repair copy unless a Repair Asset is available for the account and audit.

02 / Repair assets

Repair Assets

Repair Assets turns a qualified diagnosis into publishable repair assets. It is meant for SKUs where the team has enough real product proof to improve page clarity, structured evidence, and comparison language.

Output Use it for Boundary
PDP and marketplace copy Clearer product fit, proof, objections, and buyer questions. Claims must match real product facts and approved evidence.
FAQ and comparison language Making useful differences easier to extract and explain. No fake testimonials, reviews, ratings, or competitor claims.
Schema and feed notes Aligning structured data with visible page evidence. Qurifix suggests checks; the merchant controls publication and compliance.

03 / Follow-up

Monitoring

Monitoring is for teams that need repeated checks on important SKUs, competitor pressure, retest timing, or evidence drift. It helps operators decide when to retest, repair again, or keep the current plan.

  • Use monitoring for high-priority SKUs, seasonal products, competitive categories, and client retainers.
  • Track audit history, retest queues, saved scope, and alerts for evidence or answer-quality changes.
  • Monitoring reports observed movement and uncertainty; it does not control external answer systems.

04 / Client delivery

Agency usage

Agencies can use Qurifix to package repeatable product evidence work for clients: audit scope, diagnosis, Repair Assets, approval notes, publish records, and retest summaries.

  • Use Audit units to screen client SKU portfolios before selecting repair candidates.
  • Use Repair Assets for client-approved assets that can be published or handed to implementation teams.
  • Keep agency reports clear about evidence, assumptions, client claim approval, and remaining uncertainty.

See the Agency delivery guide for client handoff structure and meeting flow.

05 / Account changes

Plan upgrades

Plan upgrades are useful when a team needs more monthly Audit units, more Repair Assets, longer retention, exports, monitoring coverage, or agency-style volume. Availability can depend on the account state, checkout, billing portal sync, or support-assisted changes.

  • Compare public plan limits on the plans section.
  • Use the account billing portal when subscription management is available.
  • Contact support when an invoice, failed payment, downgrade, upgrade, or Enterprise workflow needs help.

06 / Billing policy

Refunds and cancellations

Billing terms live in the full policy so customers can review cancellation timing, refund review, subscription handling, failed payments, and billing support in one place.

07 / Trust rules

No ranking or revenue promises

Qurifix improves the clarity, consistency, and usefulness of product evidence. Qurifix does not promise rankings, placements, mentions, sales, revenue, platform approval, or model behavior.

  • Evidence-based repair only. Fixes must be grounded in real product facts, specs, policies, reviews, tests, or other publishable proof.
  • No fake reviews. Qurifix will not create, imply, purchase, rewrite, or simulate reviews, ratings, testimonials, or customer claims that did not happen.
  • No platform evasion. Teams remain responsible for marketplace policies, advertising rules, substantiation, and publication approval.
  • No replacement for fundamentals. Product quality, price, inventory, fulfillment, support, and customer experience still matter.
